  • Il volume è mutilo, in cattivo stato di conservazione; le cc. 62 e 63 sono inserite, le cc . 66-69 sono staccate. Tra c. 130 e 131 inserite cc. 2. Il pezzo è costituito da documenti che precedentemente erano conservati in filza; è presente una cartulazione originale incompleta (cc. num. orig . 1-16, 80, 81, 92-119, 141-146, cc. non num. 7, cc. num. orig. 129-140), con una rilegatura errata posteriore alla cartulazione.
  • The volume is damaged and in a bad state of preservation; leaves 62-63 are inserted, leaves 66-69 torn out. Two leaves have been inserted between leaves 130 and 131. The item is made up of documents formerly tied together by string (original numbered leaves 1-16, 80, 81, 92-119, 141-146, non-numbered leaves 7, original numbered leaves 129-140) and given an incorrect binding after the pages were numbered.
